The 1990 Hall of Fame Game, featuring the Baltimore Orioles and the Montreal Expos and scheduled for Aug. 6, was rained out.

The day before, rain also interrupted the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, which featured Class of 1990 members Joe Morgan and Jim Palmer.

The 1990 Induction Ceremony was moved indoors.

The 1990 Hall of Fame Game was the third contest of the series that was completely wiped out by rain and the first since 1962.
