Membership Sales Associate


Full Time

Primary Job Functions

• Assist in all aspects of customer service including:

Phone inquiries, email and written requests for both existing members and potential members
Staffing the ticket booth
Staffing the membership and information desk
Event, group and pre-paid ticketing sales and order fulfillment

• Gift/Data Entry – memberships gifts, donations and constituent information
• Provide support and staffing for special members events, facility rentals, promotional activities and group visits
• General clerical work - filing, folding, fulfillment, packaging, local delivery, etc.

Job Qualifications


High School diploma or equivalent.


Three-plus years of sales and customer service experience.


Effective written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, outgoing personality, ability to work well with internal and external constituents, and the ability to understand and learn Hall of Fame’s computer management system.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing, walking and some light lifting up to 60 lbs.
