Celebrate the Fall Classic in Cooperstown with the World Series Gala, Oct. 29, at Hall of Fame

Broadcast of Game 4 of World Series Screened in Museum’s Grandstand Theater

(COOPERSTOWN, NY) – As history is made on the diamond at the Fall Classic, Central New York residents and visitors can watch all the action at the home of baseball history in Cooperstown.

The National Pastime’s marquee event will come home to Cooperstown via the airwaves as the World Series Gala returns to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum on Saturday, Oct. 29, with the Museum’s Grandstand Theater playing host to one of the Hall of Fame’s most popular annual events. The World Series Gala features a family-friendly evening packed with ballpark food and soft drinks, trivia, raffles, prizes and screening of FOX’s live broadcast of Game 4 of the 112th World Series as the American League champions Cleveland Indians visit the National League champion Chicago Cubs.

Doors will open at 7:30 p.m., with Game 4 expected to begin at 8:08 p.m. EDT.

A ticket is required for the World Series Gala and costs $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12. Tickets are available by calling 607-547-0397 weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tickets can also be purchased at the Museum, which is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
