The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum is committed to making its facilities, collection and services accessible to all audiences. All public areas of the Museum are wheelchair accessible.

Parking

There is a limited number of handicap parking spaces directly in front of the Museum. If those spaces are occupied there are specially designated spots in the Doubleday Field parking lot.

Service animals are welcome in the Museum.

Wheelchairs

The Museum is accessible to wheelchair users and other visitors who may need to avoid stairs. An elevator is available with access to all floors. Wheelchairs are available for free on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow a wheelchair, let our Visitor Services staff know you will need one upon your arrival.

Hearing Impaired

The Hall of Fame features several audio exhibits, including Viva Baseball, Pride and Passion and One for the Books. Many of our exhibits contain at least one audio component.
