The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museums seeks a successful and enthusiastic person to provide outstanding customer service as part of our Visitor Services team. This position will play a key role in the execution of memorable museum programs that meet quality expectations for Museum guests. The Visitor Services Supervisor will assist the Manager of Visitor Service, Assistant Manager of Visitor Services as well as support the Education Department with events from conception through to completion. Responsibilities include assisting in supervision of the visitor services team, special museum events, and overall guest experience. Key components of this position include assisting in scheduling of part-time staff, opening and closing the museum and exhibits, customer service, and public presentations in the Museum.

The successful members of our team will possess enthusiasm for what they do, excellent customer service skills and a keen interest to promote our exciting product line, all while working in a fun atmosphere with flexible scheduling. Part-time positions would be year round with a maximum of 28 hours per week.
