Celebrate Jackie Robinson Day by taking a closer look at the creation of Jackie Robinson Day to honor the Hall of Fame infielder and civil rights pioneer.

Commissioner Emeritus Bud Selig, a member of the Hall of Fame Class of 2017, will discuss the work done to sustain Jackie Robinson's legacy. Selig will discuss the 50th anniversary celebration of breaking the color barrier, the retirement of number 42 across baseball, and the reemergence of the use of number 42 on Jackie Robinson Day.
