Virtual Curator Spotlight: Taking the Field
The museum's Taking the Field exhibit focuses on amateur baseball, the evolution of pro ball and equipment. This exhibit features artifacts such as the first catcher’s mask, the ball from the first game at which admission was charged and the oldest surviving uniform in existence.
This special virtual experience will highlight the museum's "Taking the Field: The 19th Century" exhibit featuring a special interview with a Hall of Fame curator about baseball's origins.
