Experience History at the Museum During Hall of Fame Weekend 2016, July 22-25

Class of 2016 Induction Highlights Celebration of the National Pastime in Cooperstown

The grand old game is in the midst of another season filled with new stars and shattered records. And as Ken Griffey Jr. and Mike Piazza get set to experience baseball’s ultimate honor this weekend, the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum prepares to welcome thousands of fans with stories and artifacts from the game’s greatest moments.

The Museum features more than 60,000 square feet of state-of-the-art exhibits, including the Today’s Game exhibit with the Museum’s latest acquisitions from the 2016 season, which includes the spikes worn by the Marlins’ Ichiro Suzuki when he stole his 500th career base on April 29 against the Brewers.

From the oak-lined walls of the Plaque Gallery to the Whole New Ballgame exhibit featuring state-of-the-art interactive elements, the Museum captures the history of baseball and preserves the timeless story of our national game.
