A birthday party at the Hall of Fame includes a party coordinator for the two hour experience along with private space, programming and Museum access.

A Hall of Fame birthday party can be booked seven days a week.

There are two time slots available each day:

10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

All party guests will have Museum access until the Museum closes, after the two-hour hosted event.

Your special birthday celebration includes the following:
• Party Coordinator for two hours

• Private party space

• Opportunity to hold, examine and try-on replica uniforms and equipment

• Private Museum programming for party guests (best for ages 7 to 12)

• Pizza and drinks – cheese pizza, juice box and water (provided by BHOF)

• Museum access after the party is over
- Start with a viewing of the Generations of the Game film
- Kids can explore the Museum with a special Birthday Discovery Tour

• Custom gifts for the birthday child, including:
- 22” Engraved Cooperstown Bat Company Bat
- Junior Membership (Good for one full year)

Party FAQ's

Where do we park on the day of the party?
Parking can be found at Doubleday Parking Lot or Village Trolley Lots. Please advise guests to allow up to 20-30 minutes to find parking.

How long does the party last?
The hosted party lasts two hours, guests are then invited to enjoy/explore the Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum at their own pace until the museum closes that day.

What are the blackout days?
During special event weekends (Classic Weekend, HOF Induction Weekend and Holidays)

May I bring my own decorations for the room?
No…tablecloths, plates, napkins, and plastic ware will be provided by the Hall of Fame.

What if I need to contact someone the day of my party?
Please call (607) 547-7200 to get in touch with party coordinator.

Where do we meet for the party?
We will meet in the Lobby of the Museum, please go to ticket booth and the party coordinator will meet you there.

What is the maximum number of guests?
The maximum capacity is 28 people.

Is there storage available for after the party?
No…the Hall of Fame does not have any storage for items after the party.

We have food allergies to the food being provided, can we bring our own snacks?

What about snow storms/severe weather?
We will notify you a day in advance if any changes to the party need to be made due to weather.
