Collection Care and Conservation Workshop
Preserve and Care for Your Personal Collection
Almost all fans of the game collect something to preserve our baseball memories and share them with friends and family. You may collect baseball cards, autographed baseballs, jerseys, photographs or programs.
Now you can learn from the experts at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum how to care for these special items and ensure that they are preserved for future generations of your family.
This workshop will give you the knowledge you need to care for your own collection, using the same techniques developed by the professionals who care for the collection in Cooperstown.
Participants will enjoy seeing artifacts and items from our Museum and Library Archive through several unique seminars outlining how we care for our collections – along with principles to assist you in caring for your baseball collection or other cherished items.
This one-of-a-kind experience also includes a Museum Archive Tour and a private catered dinner in the iconic Hall of Fame Plaque Gallery.
A Sustaining Membership ($125 value) is also included with this package and features a great lineup of benefits, including: The Hall of Fame Yearbook, Almanac and a Memories and Dreams magazine subscription, along with discounts, free admission to the Museum and more.
