Author Series: Dan Schlossberg

On Wednesday, July 6, the Hall of Fame welcomes veteran author and Cooperstown favorite Dan Schlossberg, who will discuss the newest edition of his book, When the Braves Ruled the Diamond. The book covers a glorious era in Braves history, from 1991 through 2005, when the franchise finished in first place for 14 consecutive seasons. During that stretch, Hall of Fame manager Bobby Cox led the team to five National League pennants and a World Series title.

A former Associated Press sportswriter and longtime travel writer, Dan Schlossberg is one of the leading historians on the Braves’ franchise. He has written 40 books on baseball and its history.

The program begins at 1 pm in the Bullpen Theater and virtually. There will be a book signing in the Library Atrium following the program.

Virtual participants may join us live on the Hall of Fame's Facebook page.
