Author Series: David Kelly
On Wednesday, June 22, popular children’s author David Kelly will discuss his newest book, The Atlanta Alibi. This is the 18th book in David’s series of “Ballpark Mysteries,” which provide a mix of fun sleuthing and baseball action, perfect for younger readers.
In this book, cousins Mike and Kate attend a Braves home game with Kate's sports reporter Mom when they stumble onto a crime: Hank Aaron's bat and ball from his record-setting 715th home run are missing!
David will discuss why he picked Atlanta for his latest book, along with the process of writing stories in his “Ballpark Mysteries” series.
The program begins at 1 pm in the Bullpen Theater and virtually. There will be a book signing in the Library Atrium following the program.
Virtual participants may join us live on the Hall of Fame's Facebook page.
