Baseball Card Mysteries

Over the course of the year, our Baseball Card Mysteries series will examine some of the baseball cards our staff have found particularly intriguing, but also cards that have a bit of mystery to them. For example, the card might have multiple players on it, making it a challenge to identify each and every player pictured. Or perhaps the card depicts actual game action, which creates the inevitable question: can we pinpoint the specific game, or the specific play, that is depicted on the card?
