Discover Cooperstown: Summer Programming Series
All summer long you can enjoy engaging programs each and every day at the Hall of Fame through the Summer Programming Series. Take a guided tour of the Hall of Fame Gallery, visit with a ballpark vendor to learn about the business of the ballpark, or get a close-up view of baseball's past with Artifact Spotlight programs.
Program offerings are subject to change.
10:00 am- The Plaques of the Gallery Tour
Learn about the history of the Hall of Fame Gallery and the process by which each plaque is made and installed in this 20 minute guided tour. The tour starts by the Buck O'Neil Statue on the first floor.
10:30 am- Cooperstown Curiosity Cart
Visitors can drop by these informal activity stations to learn about various aspects of baseball, from the evolution of equipment and science behind the game to utilizing scouting reports to identify players.
11:00 am- All-Star Art
Families and visitors can stop by the Baseball Discovery Zone and take part in our activity of the day. This art activity could be themed after one of our exhibits, or just a fun baseball piece of art to create!
11:30 am- Artifact Spotlights
Get a close-up view of baseball's past! With only about 10% of the museum's 3-D artifacts on exhibit, visitors will hear about the untold stories of artifacts in the collection.
1:00 pm- Open Hour in the Baseball Discovery Zone
This interactive room allows families to explore baseball history through hands-on items from the Hall of Fame’s education collection.
1:30 pm- Cooperstown Curiosity Cart
Visitors can drop by these informal activity stations to learn about various aspects of baseball, from the evolution of equipment and science behind the game to utilizing scouting reports to identify players.

This program is designed to create a fun way for visitors to test their knowledge of various categories pertaining to baseball. Visitors are encouraged to work together with teams to formulate answers to win the game and a prize.
