Film Screening and Celebrity Q-and-A: Baseball Mensch: The Marty Lurie Story
At 2 pm in the Bullpen Theater, we will screen the new documentary, Baseball Mensch: The Marty Lurie Story. It's a film about the life of beloved San Francisco Giants and Oakland A's baseball broadcaster Marty Lurie, highlighting his journey from criminal defense attorney to baseball broadcasting legend. Directed by Randy Field and narrated by Bob Costas, the film focuses on Lurie's passion for the game and how he switched careers at the age of 49.
