Virtual Author Series: Melissa Ludtke

Join us on Wednesday, September 18, Book cover of Locker Room Talk: A Woman’s Struggle to Get Inside at 7 pm Eastern Time for a Virtual Author Series program with groundbreaking writer Melissa Ludtke, who will discuss her new book, Locker Room Talk: A Woman’s Struggle to Get Inside.

In 1978, Melissa took Major League Baseball to court in response to being banned from baseball clubhouses. She won the case, clearing the way for female sportswriters and broadcasters to have access to sports locker rooms.

Melissa will be joined on the program by famed sportswriter Dan Shaughnessy, the winner of the BBWAA Career Excellence Award in 2016.
