Virtual Voices of the Game: Larry Lester

Join us on Thursday, February 15, at 1 pm Eastern for Virtual Voices of the Game with esteemed baseball historian and author Larry Lester. He will unveil the history of the Negro Leagues all-star game, known as the East-West Classic, which is serving as the basis for the Hall of Fame’s East-West Classic coming up on Memorial Day Weekend. He is the author of the book, Black Baseball's National Showcase: The East-West All-Star Game, 1933 to 1962.

Larry will also discuss some of his interviews with Black baseball stars as part of the Hall of Fame’s Black Baseball Initiative. And Larry will take your questions in our online Chat Room.
