Museum Bookstore Reopening as Hall of Fame Prepares for Exciting 2022 Tourism Season
(COOPERSTOWN, NY) – Baseball’s greatest stories are told every day at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. Those stories are now more accessible than ever with the reopening of the Museum’s Bookstore.
Following a nearly two-year hiatus brought on by the global pandemic, the Museum Bookstore is now open weekends and will be open every day starting in May. Located on the Museum’s first floor adjacent to the Giamatti Research Center, the Bookstore is a favorite stop for Museum guests and researchers.
“As the world emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic, we are thrilled to be able to welcome guests back to the Museum Bookstore,” said Sean Gahagan, the Hall of Fame’s vice president for retail merchandising and licensing. “As a core element of the Museum’s retail offerings, the Bookstore features titles ranging from biographies to children’s works, including the latest titles under our Baseball Hall of Fame Books imprint. We are excited to once again share some of the best baseball writing in the world with our visitors.”
Access to the Museum Bookstore is included with a Museum ticket. The Hall of Fame is open every day of the week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with extended summer hours of 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. beginning Sunday, May 29.
