Suggested Bequest Language

To include the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, in your will, life insurance, retirement plan or other planned gift, the following language may be used:

"I give, devise and bequeath to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, located at 25 Main Street, Cooperstown, New York 13326 the following: ( ____ percent (%) of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate; OR _____ dollars ($); OR specific asset) to be used for general purposes in an area of greatest need (or state the purposes for which the funds are to be used) at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.
