When does the Museum open and close? 

The Museum is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily

 

GUEST TIPS AND POLICIES

Photography and Video 

Flash photography and video recording is encouraged throughout the Museum. Feel free to text, tweet or access audio, video and more information on our website during your visit. For the best service, connect to our free Wi-Fi during your visit. Tag @baseballhall on Twitter and Instagram so we can see what you post. We may even share it.

Returning to the Museum 

With a hand stamp you'll receive when you enter the Museum, you can come and go as frequently as you'd like on the day of your visit.

Food and Drink

We do not allow food, chewing gum or drinks in the Museum. Drinking fountains are available on all floors.

Coat Check

We have public space available on the first floor for coat, backpack and umbrella storage. Luggage or oversized backpacks are not allowed to be stored in the coat storage area.

Strollers and Wheelchairs 

Strollers are permitted in the Museum. Wheelchairs are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. When you arrive, let our Visitor Services staff know you will need one.

Lost and Found

If you have lost something in the Museum, ask Visitor Services to check the Museum's lost and found or call 607-547-7200.
