Sec 32. To prevent any interruption of the game, no person spectator other than the Captains in the match No person not engaged in the game not engaged in the game shall be permitted to approach or to speak with the players, the Umpires and the Referee, or in any manner to interfere with any player during the playing progress of the game; unless by the especial request of the Umpires, and the Referee.
