Day 1: Arrive in Toronto & Explore

Welcome to "The 6", known for its cultural diversity and iconic skyline.

For U.S. travelers flying in, the best airport is Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), located just 30 minutes from downtown Toronto. Alternatively, you can fly into Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) and drive across the border, which takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic and border crossing time. Other border options for travelers driving in include Niagara Falls (about 1 hour 45 minutes from Toronto) or Detroit (approximately 4 hours to Toronto).

All travelers will need a valid passport to enter Canada; be sure to check the specific visa or travel requirements if you are traveling from outside the U.S. or Canada.

Check-In & Settle In

The toughest choice you might make during your trip is where you’ll stay! The Toronto Entertainment District, Chinatown and the Financial District are three exciting options with easy access to the Rogers Centre. Once you’ve got your things settled, get ready to experience the best of the city.

Explore "The 6"

Start your Toronto experience off right with a visit to the CN Tower – a renowned landmark and one of the tallest freestanding structures in the world.
