The Museum Tour is $250 for up to six people without admission OR $350 with one Supporter level membership (which includes museum admission).

Does my experience include a Museum Membership?
The Museum Tour does not include a Museum Membership, unless you upgrade your Museum Tour to add on a Supporter Membership ($125 value).
The Supporter Membership includes complimentary admission to the Museum for up to four people for one year.
Do I need to buy a Museum admission ticket?
Yes, Museum in admission would be required.
You can upgrade your Museum Tour to include a Museum Membership. On the day of the experience all guests (up to six individuals) would receive complimentary admission.

How many people can participate in the Museum Tour?
Up to six individuals.
Can I take pictures within the Museum and during the tour?
Yes, we strongly encourage you to take photos.
How long is the experience?
Approximately 90 minutes.
What if I book the experience and my plans change?
We will be happy to reschedule your experience for a date that works or issue a refund if you prefer, with at least 24 hours notice.
Can I purchase the experience on the day of my visit?

When can I book my experience online?

Are there days the experience is not available?
The experience is not available on Sundays or during major events at the Museum including Hall of Fame Classic Weekend (May 23- 27, 2024) and Hall of Fame Weekend (July 19-22, 2024).
Will I see everything in the Museum during this tour?
No, this is a great introduction, but not a comprehensive overview of the Museum. The tour highlights specific stories and unique insights to provide a memorable experience.
We recommend allowing time for you and your party to explore the Museum on your own and at your own pace. This will give you the chance to dive into each exhibit and all the stories featured throughout the Museum.
