This experience will provide a unique opportunity to see baseball history up close and personal. In a private setting, you’ll view a curated set of artifacts ranging more than a century from players like Lou Gehrig and Ken Griffey Jr. Our passionate guides will tell you the stories behind each item, how the gear baseball players used has evolved, and how the Hall of Fame preserves and documents this history. The Private Collections Showcase is $500 for up to six people and includes museum admission. You may book online (at least 72 hours in advance) or by calling 607.547.0271 today.
See items from your favorite team by upgrading your Private Collections Showcase for additional $150. This is your chance to see and hold a piece of your favorite team's history.

Yes, you can upgrade your Private Collections Showcase for an additional $150 to see items from your favorite team.

Does my experience include a Museum Membership?
The Private Collections Showcase includes a Supporter Membership ($125 value), which includes complimentary admission to the Museum for up to four people for one year.

Can I take pictures with the artifacts during the experience?
Yes, we strongly encourage you to take photos. They are sure to make your friends and family on social media jealous.
What players are featured?
You can expect to see items from the games legendary players – including names like Lou Gehrig, Roberto Clemente and Jackie Robinson.
How long is the experience?
Approximately one hour.
What if I book the experience and my plans change?
We will be happy to reschedule your experience for a date that works or issue a refund if you prefer, with at least 24 hours notice.

Are there days the experience is not available?
The Private Collections Showcase is not available on Sundays, select holidays, or during major events at the Museum including Memorial Day Weekend (May 23- 26, 2025) and Hall of Fame Weekend (July 25-28, 2025).
